Biotechnology on transgenic animals.

A transgenic animal contain in its own genome and gene introduction by one or the other technique of transfection. Transfection is the process or introducing the desired gene into the animal's. And the gene introduced by transfection is called transgene
In animals transfection specifies the transfer of a DNA segment, either naked or by the use of vector, tranfer into the animal cell. This process is called transformation

In case of animals, transformation has long been used to describe the change of normal cells that is non-tumourous  cell, in culture to tumor like cells.

Objective of gene transfer

1- a majority of gene transfer aim at studies on promoter function, reporter gene expression, regulation of gene expression, functions of transferred genes or DNA sugences etc.
2- the transfer gene is coded on the bioinformatics tools such as gene bank, etc. For the help of coded the DNA segment to easy in the selection of gene.
3- genes have been transferred and expressed in culture cells line to obtain the proteins encoded by them. So that it can help us to modify the gene quantity for the cloning .
4- Genetic modification of animals may be aimed at improving their milk, meat, wool breed etc. For the commercial used.
5- Genes have been transferred into animals with view to obtain a large scale production of the proteins encoded by these gene in the product such as milk, urin or blood of such animals , these animals are often called bioreactor and the approach is referred to as molecular farmings or gene farmings

6- a special case of gene transfer aim to eliminate the symptoms and genetic diseases. In this case normal and functional copies of the defective gene are introduced into the patient or we can say host cell. This process is called Gene therapy

As we  all know nowadays so many kind of trangene animals are present. The first animal transgenes by the used of milk products in huge numbers. Fisrt transgene cow named Rosie in 1997. Used for the huge production of milk. For this scientists introduce into this cow the human gene named human-alpha-lactobuliam . They used as a transgene animal her offspring is produced with this quality of milk . This gene only appear on female transgene cow.

Same as a sheep named dolly is transgene to produce more and more wool product . She have unlimited growth of hair in her body  . She was introduced 6th July 1996. This is the another example of clone . But the real used of this animal is produced wool more then normal shepp.

Beside this the scientists used female horse and male donkey  inbreeding to produce A mule. Which is infertile but they used for carry the weight. In mountain areas.

South Indian vs nourth Indian food

As we know we all are humans and we want some energy to continue the life cycle. But there are some miss concept among all the humans that all humans eat same food or the same food can give us the same energy. What if I can say that the Atlantic people don't need the same food as Egyptian people eat all day. Or what if I say maxican people eat more spicy then American people as we know they are in almost neighbourhood.  So we start these journey for long but in this blog we learn about Indian food culture. Lets started. Nourth Indian vs South Indian food  As everyone know the food difference between south Indian and nourth Indian. So basically humans eat food for energy . But we both are indians but what makes us different by food ?  So basically the climatic changes. Yes climate affected us to make different kind of food for example nourth Indian people loves to eat more roti recipes with masale daar sbji with it. But south indian wants eat more rice with less masala and...

Bacteria

The history of bacteria Bacteria was girts discovered by Anton   Van leeuwenhoek In (1632-1723) on June 10 , 1675 . Later Louise Pasteur in 1864 and koch in 1876 they reported that these organisms can couse disease and thus the name   bacteriological   found.    Whittaker (1969) proposed a five kingdom System of classification I'm which all prokaryotes including Bacteria were grouped together . Like Monera.   There are about 200 species of bacteria. They present all the possible natural condition. They occur in abundance in both fresh, salt and muddy water . It is not the amazing part they also can found in hot springs , ice water mountains , in volcanoes , deep down the rock , the air we breath , the food we eat , and the object we touch.  Add- The all bad things accross the bacteria had some useful quality which we use for years like  1. Vegetative cell resistant to adverse environmental factors  2. Diversity in their mode o...

Artificial seeds

Today the used of micropropogation is in the peek . Due to this method we can grow plant in anonymous amount of plants in any condition. For this the method is first evolve named multiplication.  The multiplication is methode where we can used only cell of plant from any of there organ ( stem, leaf, roots) these named is known as plant organ. In the laboratory scientist used a cell of plant from any organ used in the lab culture we can say culture medium. And this cell prolifirat into the culture media. And become into the plant due to propogation. Due to this this process named as many name for example- CLONE PROPOGATION  MICROPROPOGATION MULTIPLICATION VEGETATIVE PROPOGATION. etc The micropropogation or multiplication of heterozygous genotypes is of necessity by vegetative propogation. In this only involved of mitotic cell division. Or as name clone propogation the progeny is obtained by vegetative propogation of a single individual is a Clone .  And the proper defenatio...
